Carmelita Clarke the Regional Director of Central Europe. Carmelita lives in Budapest but spend a lot of her time travelling around the region.

Ad de Bruin is based in Slovakia where one of their focuses is on family ministries.

Shanie Hinge and her husband have worked with Kings Kids (a ministry of YWAM) for many years in Eastern and Central Europe.

Craig Anderson is based in Austria and is involved with a variety of activities there as part of YWAM.

Hal Young leads the YWAM work in Budapest, which as an urban focus

The purpose of the CELT is to oversee the work of YWAM in the region, they make sure that the values of the mission are upheld and that the members of the CELT are chosen on the basis of their maturity and length of service in the region and mission. One of the main roles that the CELT carry out is one of eldership where they seek to give wise oversight to what God is doing through YWAM in these nations.
